All our shipping costs are £6.99 per order / box. Orders are usually despatched within 2 - 3 days.

We are unable to ship overseas unless postcode is listed below.
£22 Surcharge for Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of man

Free delivery items: All items starting with the stock code TUK, eg all tools, are free UK delivery unless in surcharge area (listed below), exceptions are applied to light items which can be sent via Royal mail where free delivery will still apply, please inform us if you are in these areas before you order as we can give a discount code for the free delivery.
Whilst we keep our stock prices as low as possible delivery rates are dictated by carriers who set the charges. We try to get the best possible rates and will continue to update our rates on a regular basis.
TOWBAR INFO
Bars with * are made to order and may take up to 3 - 6 weeks delivery.
PCT Swan Neck (not detachable) towbars my take between three and six weeks for delivery as these are made to order.
NATIONAL FITTING SERVICE
Towbar fitting services are supplied by National Vehicle Solutions they offer a two year guarantee for work carried out, Towbars UK hold no responsibility for any towbar fitting. NVS can be contacted direct on 0844 8461707 or visit nationalvehiclesolutions.com
PAYMENT
Pay online with Credit/Debit Cards. Secure payments processed by Sagepay (Protx)
Pay by Phone with Credit/Debit card. Place order as normal and follow instructions at the end of checkout. Phone payments Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, Sat 9am-3pm.
RETURNS
Towbar refunds will be subject to a £7.50 (inc VAT) charge as this is our carrier costs for UK mainland, £7.50 + surcharge applies to areas as shown above. We are unable to refund our shipping costs.
Returns are accepted provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days in the condition that they were supplied.
A minimum 25% surcharge will be applied to all items sent back to us that have been purchased incorrectly. A return surcharge of up to 50% may be deducted from any items returned to us that the customer has tried to fit and we are unable to resell as new eg incomplete or damaged goods.
PCT tow bars with * are made to order and are subject to a 20% surcharge if returned) within 7 days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full excluding any delivery charges.
Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.
