What extra's do I need with my towbar?

  • Tow ball
  • Single electrics kit: Required for working trailer lights & trailer boards etc.
  • Twin electrics kit: Required to charge caravan battery supplying the fridge,interior lights and also power rear lights. (single electrics kit will do if you just wish to power rear lights only)
  • 7 way bypass relay: Required for vehicles with bulb failure systems, multiplex wiring and CANBUS systems. Most modern vehicles made within past few years require the 7 way relay

Relay Information

You may require a 7 way bypass relay if your vehicle has a bulb failure systems or multipex/cambus wiring
(our relays are supplied with in-line fuse & holder and all neccessary wiring)

A self switching combination relay is included with the twin electrics kit, this is for charging caravan battery and for supplying power to the fridge
