Payment, Shipping & Returns
All our shipping costs are £7.95 per order / box. Orders are usually despatched within 2 - 3 days.
Any parcels that are delivered damaged or split boxes must be signed for as damaged, we are unable to replace or refund any items that have a signature as received in good condition

£22.94 for Northern Ireland, BT, HS, TR21-25, ZE postcodes
£18.94 for Scotland (certain areas only see below)
Scotland postcode surcharge: HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20 To PA49, PA60 To PA78, PH4 To PH50,
Customers within delivery surcharge areas are asked to contact us first if requiring two or more tow bars as carriage is per box.
Free delivery items: All items starting with the stock code TUK, unless in surcharge area (listed above), exceptions are applied to light items which can be sent via Royal mail where free delivery will still apply, please inform us if you are in these areas before you order as we can give a discount code for the free delivery.
Whilst we keep our stock prices as low as possible delivery rates are dictated by carriers who set the charges. We try to get the best possible rates and will continue to update our rates on a regular basis.
Pay online with Credit/Debit Cards. Secure payments processed by Sagepay (Protx)
Pay by Phone with Credit/Debit card. Place order as normal and follow instructions at the end of checkout. Phone payments Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm.
Returns are accepted provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days in the condition that they were supplied.
A minimum 25% surcharge will be applied to all tow bars sent back to us that have been purchased incorrectly and the customer has attepted to fit and we are unable to resell as new eg incomplete, damaged goods or repackaging. The customer is responsible for arranging and all return costs
Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.
